Value Engineering & Constructablity Reviews

Performed several constructability reviews and value engineering processes.

While a Structure’s Representative representing Caltrans from 2001 to 2005, Sunny Jhutti, was involved in the Hwy 101 (Sonoma County) Corridor Value Engineering Study prior to the design of the corridor improvements.

Mr. Jhutti also performed Constructability reviews on the BART BESP Seismic Retrofit, as well as, for the Mathilda Overhead project for the City of Sunnyvale. He also performed the Constructabilty Review for the South Wilmington Grade Separation for POLA.

While working for Caltrans, Sunny was involved in several Constructability reviews for highway bridges.

In the residential and commercial sector, Sunny was involved in various value engineering projects.
