Mr. Sunny Jhutti has vast experience in providing construction management, contract administration and structural design of highway, bridges, buildings and public works infrastructure projects in California. Over the past almost 25 years, he has been involved in numerous construction management projects for State, Regional, & Local Agencies and Developers in the capacity of Project Manager, Resident Engineer, Structure’s Representative, Chief Technical Reviewer, and Lead Inspector. As a designer, he has been in the role of Principal Design Engineer, Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, and Designer.
Sunny has also been involved in value engineering, constructability reviews and construction technical submittal reviews for those same agencies and other client. Sunny is best utilized as a Resident Engineer/Structure’s Representative, which allows the client to benefit from his leadership and communication skills, but also tapping into his technical skills as he is one of the few Licensed California Structural Engineers performing Construction Management.
He brings the unique experience of having 1/3rd of his career in design of structures and the 2/3rds in the construction management of structures. Not only does he understand the process of thought to paper, but also paper to building. Moreover, many of these projects were seen through from cradle to grave.
