Industrial – Engineering a new track-crane to fit on existing metal building foundation – for Ultra Green Light Gauge Steel Home Manufacturer.
This industrial project was engineering a new crane track that sits on the existing metal building foundation of an existing Codding Steel Frame Solutions warehouse.
The track-mounted crane sits and travels on steel rail track 12 feet above the ground in order to lift light-gauge steel components for Codding SFS automated housing plant in Rohnert Park.
Value Added to the Client
As part of the design, we were successfully designed the new crane track system to sit on existing metal building foundations with thick and wide metal baseplates eliminating the new for additional foundation work.
The design was completed in record time to meet the plant’s production requirements.
